PER LOCATION - The APLink (Accounts Payable) module can be used as a "Stand-Alone" system that allows location managers to input all of their invoices (vouchers) from suppliers or vendors right at the store and transfer them to the corporate office. Those transactions (vouchers) can then be electronically imported into your accounting system for payment.

This module also provides you the ability to electronically import and transfer purchase information as well as control vendor translations, mass voucherĀ entry, and account translations per voucher.

It also interfaces to many existing "point of sale" and "supplier" systems such as USFoods, CBORD, Foodtrak, Micros, Aloha and more. Review the list of systems available in the dropdowns below.

If you do not have a purchasing system at your location (store), GetLinked® APLink provides this module for you.
