GetLinked Software Accounts Receivable (ARLink) module imports "Summary" data from most point of sale systems. There are a few systems that provide additional data that can be imported. Please review other related Forum topics below for more information.

Summary data includes the following:
Customer Number (unique ID in Member Billing system)
Customer Name
Invoice Date
Invoice Number
Invoice Total ($250.00)
Invoice data (Ex. Food=$150.00, Beverage=$25.00, Golf=$75.00, etc.)

Detail items are NOT imported from each Invoice (Ex. 2 Prime Ribs, 2 Rounds of Golf, etc.).
GetLinked™ Software does not calculate or regulate minimum or maximum charges. These are functions of the Point of Sales or Accounting systems.
