ALL software subscription licenses go from July 1st through June 30th annually.
When 30 days remain on your subscription GETLinked Software will automatically start notifying you to purchase next year's subscription. The software will stop functioning at the end of the subscription time. The notifications will provide a link to our online store. Click on the Store link.
If your subscription(s) lapses (July 1st) you can purchase a new subscription or add additional modules (ex. additional locations, different modules) at our online Store the same as your original purchase. Make sure to login under "Returning Customer" using the account information you originally created. There is no need to transfer subscriptions that lapsed since they are inactive. Just purchase a new subscription at our online Store.
You can purchase the next year's subscription by following these instructions:
1. Go to the online Store.
2. Add the number of locations for each module (ex. POSLink, PRLink, etc.) you want to continue using to your shopping cart. You can add/remove items from your shopping cart directly on the ViewCart screen. You can return to this screen at any time prior to submitting the order (click on View Cart at the top of the window. Make sure to also purchase Technical Support (sold separately from subscription) if needed.
3. Follow the checkout process to complete your order.
