What is the extent of any GETLinked Software guarantee/warranty and the terms of using the software and services?

GetLinked Software is guaranteed to match the "Manufacturers" Default layouts or import parameters for the "Current" version of the systems interfaced by GETLinked Software. GETLinked Software warranties to match the "Manufacturers" Default layouts or import parameters for 30 days from the day the manufacturer originally creates an export format that GetLinked Software has developed an interface.

Visit our web site or go to our online Store for specific systems, models and versions that GetLinked Software currently interfaces. All purchases are made at our online store so make sure you choose your correct systems, models and versions for both your "Import" and "Transfer" systems.

GetLinked Software does not provide any guarantees or warranties that the "Current GetLinked software interfaces" match the current version of the systems "being" interfaced (ex. point of sale system, accounting system, payroll service provider, etc.). Please contact your individual software representative, dealer or manufacturer for their current version and then provide a copy to GetLinked for review prior to attempting any implementation of GetLinked software.

GetLinked Software does not provide any guarantees or warranties for individual/customized formats created by companies or individuals to satisfy individual configurations.[/b] Please contact your individual software representative, dealer or manufacturer for their "Default" import/Export layouts.

GetLinked Software does not provide any guarantees or warranties for a customer's "Expectations". Expectations are subjective and cannot be qualified based on many variables such as knowledge level, experience, objectives, etc.

GetLinked Software Subscription (GSS) is an annual license (July 1st through June 30th). GSS include all current interfaces and can be switched to another system that is supported at any time during the subscription period without any additional software subscription purchase. Subscriptions are transferrable between locations on the same computer.
THERE ARE NO PARTIAL YEAR REFUNDS OR CREDITS ON THE "ANNUAL" SUBSCRIPTIONS.

To inactivate locations for the next year just purchase the number of locations needed at the annual GSS date. Technical assistance may be needed to setup your new configuration and can be purchased at our online Store under Services. Technical documentation is provided at our web site for active customers at no additional charge.

You can review our License Agreement on our home page. You must agree to the terms of this agreement prior to completing all purchases and installing any software.

1.The number of locations is the number of entities you need linked. The number of locations you require may be higher depending upon how you have configured your specific system. Please be aware that during your installation, it may be determined that you need to purchase additional subscription licenses to accommodate your specific setup.
The GetLinked Software Subscription (GSS) is licensed on an “ANNUAL” subscription basis and required for all customers in order to use the software. The “ANNUAL” software license includes product updates, enhancements, access to online downloads and web site technical support. The annual software subscription renewal date is July 1st.
ALL SERVICES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.
2.The “Phone Support” is an estimated telephone support time for the setup and support of GetLinked Software. This is an estimate only! ALL “Phone Support” is good until the time is used up or 60 Days from date of purchase, whichever occurs first. Any additional hours required will be pre-paid at our current rate of $200.00 per hour. ASI does not support products other than GetLinked Software. SUPPORT FOR ANY DATA PRIOR TO BEING IMPORTED IS SUPPORTED BY THE INDIVIDUAL MANUFACTURERS (ex. POS MANUFACTURER). SUPPORT FOR SPECIFIC ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IMPORT PROCEDURES IS SUPPORTED BY THE INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM MANUFACTURERS (ex. ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER).
3.Accounting Solutions, Inc. does provide this service to “Set Up” a FTP polling system for your Point of Sale and Time Clock data from each location to your corporate office or web provider site. If this service is not purchased, Accounting Solutions, Inc. will start “Installation” when verification of the correct required data resides on your corporate computer.
4.The GETLinked™ Software Subscription (GSS) is available for download only from one of our Internet sites. The main site is https://WWW.GETLINKED.CO. Accounting Solutions, Inc. will not be responsible for YOUR limitations in Internet technologies (Blocked by firewall, use of an ISP such as AOL, or an incompatible internet browser).
