I was contacted by you because our company is switching to a MICROS POS system and we would like to have financial and payroll interfaces. I was assured that GetLinked interfaces with SAP and Paylocity. However, we are using SAP Business One which is very different from big SAP. Can you please clarify if you interface with SAP business one. Also, when I searched the Time and Attendance module Paylocity was not listed. I put this information in an email but was referred to the website and have not received a satisfactory answer. There is nothing I can find on the website about SAP B1 or Paylocity.

Paulette,

Thank you for the questions and let us see if we can clarify or expand on the direct email answer you received.

The email sent to you stated the following:
"Yes, GETLinked™ Software does have interfaces for both SAP Business One (POSLink module) and Paylocity (software called “Millennium”) (PRLink module)."

Here are more detailed explanations:
1. SAP Business One accepts and prefers an ASCII file (ex. CSV, TAB, DIF, SYNK, etc.) format. YES, GETLinked™ Software provides these file formats. CSV (“Comma Separated Variable”) seems to be the preferred format for SAP Business One. Other SAP products also accept these file formats including SAP ERP. We have found this interface method to work even though there are other ways to interface with SAP.

2. Paylocity is a “Company”, not a software product. The name “Millennium” that was included in the your email is the software product that Paylocity uses to process payroll transactions. YES, GETLinked™ Software does interface to Millennium and it is on our list of interfaces. Millennium represents other companies and products (ex. Payentry, CompUPay, and more…) as well.

Thank you for the post.

GETLinked™ Software
