The first step is setup a process to electronically get a copy of the required data files from your Point of Sale system to the accounting computer where you run GETLinked Software.
Cubby is a free service that will sync data between multiple computers.

Once you are comfortable with how Cubby works you can download the desktop app to both your accounting server (where GETLinked Software is installed) as well as your point of sale server.
You can then Add a Cubby
on the point of sale computer that contains the data files needed by GETLinked Software. Those data files will then sync to all other computers linked to your Cubby

- Cubby supports accessing Cubby data using a protocol called WebDAV. This enables you to map a network drive on your point of sale server and then copy data to your Cubby account using many data moving utilities. Contact Cubby for the supported data "polling" or moving utilities they recommend.
- You can also use standard batch utilities like xcopy or robocopy without installing the Cubby desktop application.
