Manually entering income data used to take our team a combined 3-4 hours per week and invariably came with mistakes. GetLinked has streamlined this process and removed errors allowing us to have our financial data in a timely manner and trust it was entered correctly!

The initial setup is the most tedious step, as we have many Chart of Accounts, Sub-Chart of Accounts, Classes and Sub-Classes for our data. Once the setup was done we did not have to do much more than a couple clicks to send our data though to our accounting software.

The support given during this process was knowledgeable and timely.

We are looking forward to adding the POSLink (Daily Sales) to our second location.

It has been running great and we now have all 7 restaurants doing the payroll through GETLinked. We have had very few issues which Buddy has been able to handle for the most part.

We have recently been introduced to a new product called GetLinked.

GetLinked creates a link between a restaurants point of sale (POS) system and our Great Plains Dynamics accounting modules. The sales information from our POS system is directly imported into our General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation (checkbook).
GetLinked also retains store information for sales reports, contains modifiable reports, and is flexible in handling a single store or an unlimited number of stores. Being able to update our accounting system with GetLinked, helps us manage cash flow better and reduces back office labor hours and mistakes. With our initial use of GetLinked, we have been impressed with its capabilities and flexibility.
