Marketing and Web Links
The following terms and conditions are required for use of the Accounting Solutions, Inc. (ASI) “Company Identifications”. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, use of ASI “Company Identifications” is prohibited.
- ASI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or terminate this agreement at any time without notice and at its sole discretion.
- ASI reserves the right to modify or update its “Company Identifications” at any time without notice and at its sole discretion.
- Use of the ASI “Company Identifications” shall not be permitted without prior written consent of ASI
- Use of the ASI “Company Identifications” as described herein shall be for marketing, informational, referral, educational or relationship purposes only and shall not convey any ownership or transfer any rights.
- ASI reserves the right to review your use of its “Company Identifications” and require you to discontinue its use for any reason and at any time.
- ASI reserves the right to review all materials created by you prior to being distributed or published in any form. It has the right to require changes that meet ASI requirements prior to distribution or publication. It also has the right to decline distribution or publication.
- You agree to respect ASI and not make any negative and/or disparaging comments about ASI products, services, employees, owners or directors. This includes unfavorable remarks or comparisons of ASI to competitive products and/or companies.
- You acknowledge the validity of ASI’s ownership in all ASI “Company Identifications”.
- The logos must be displayed without change as provided by ASI. This includes all modifications,
alterations and color schemes. - The logos as well as the name shall not be distributed on printed items and is used only in connection with your web site and/or marketing activities.
- You may hyperlink ASI name and/or logos (ex. GetLinked®) to ASI home page at www.getlinked.co or other related web sites.
- If using the title Accounting Solutions, Inc. as a reference it must be spelled out completely. ASI is not an acceptable reference in referring to our company. GetLinked® must contain the “®” mark as approved by The United States Patent and Trademark Office.
- Alternate ASI URLs need to be approved in writing prior to their use.
- This agreement does not contain or imply any partnership, special pricing or discounts for
products and/or services provided by ASI.
